FAQ Returns

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without specifying any reasons. You bear the direct costs for returning the products that can be shipped via parcels as well as the direct costs for returning the products that cannot be shipped via parcels amounting to 80 euros.

You must pay for any depreciation of the products only if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling with you that was not necessary for checking the condition, features and functionality of the products.


Can you send my order to an alternative delivery address?

Yes, your order can be sent to an alternative address. You can enter the address within the order process.


Has my order already been processed? Has my order already been sent?

As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including the shipment or tracking number.


I received a defective item.

If your item is defective, please get in touch with our customer service Please describe the problem as detailed as possible and we will you inform about the next steps.


I received a wrong item.

In case your received a wrong item, please also get in touch with our customer service and describe the problem. We will inform you how to exchange the product.


I have not (completely) received my order.

Unfortunately, mistakes happen. Please contact our customer service if you have not received your order.

If your delivery is not complete, please note that it can occasionally come to partial deliveries. Please check our delivery note or the confirmation e-mail.
